OIKOTRUST STUDENT HOUSING

OIKOTRUST STUDENT HOUSING is based in Thessaloniki and is active in the field of student housing, offering long-term and short-term rental services for both Greek and foreign students. Our team undertook the renovation of one of the buildings on Kassandrou Street, which consists of 3 floors, a semi-basement and a roof, which functions as a Roof Garden overlooking the Upper Town. The challenge in this project was to configure the building in such a way that the apartments could be functional and sustainable in a few square meters. Our goal was lively, playful and attractive spaces for the young audience with the use of low cost materials, without affecting the quality and aesthetics.
