CITY LOFT

The architectural team T.SQUAREARCHITECTS undertook the design and construction of an apartment of 150 sq.m., on the top floor of a commercial/office?? building, taking into account the various peculiarities of the space. The central idea is the grid, which demarcated the spaces. The main features of the apartment are the living room in the form of “open plan”, the double height of the living room due to the sloping roof, the large openings that unite the interior with the exterior. Finally, the configuration of the “roofgarden” contributes to the elimination of the boundaries of the interior with the exterior. The natural and artificial lighting of the whole apartment is a key element of the design of the house, enhancing the union of the interior with the exterior and vice versa.
